This facility outsource to support the customer to supply Diamond
Turn Optical Components viz. Germanium and Silicon Lenses, Prototype
Lenses made out of PMMA, PC, Aluminium, Nickel and Copper.

& Development
– The company believes that good designs followed by sound
engineering practices are the key for successful completion of
projects on agreed time line. Appropriately, it has instituted a
modern design unit installed with concurrent CAD/CAM software to
receive inputs electronically and effectively interact with customer
counterparts.

Injection
Moulding
– This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art injection
moulding machines imported from Europe, in addition to several other
international brands with specific capabilities to mould thick
Spherical Lenses, Aspheric Lenses, LED Lenses & Diffusers, LED
Light Pipes, Clear & highly aesthetic parts. It houses moulding
machines ranging from 30T to 150T. The facility is adequately
supported by requisite accessories and equipment such as
de-humidifier, hopper dryers, mould temperature controllers, soft
water plant, anti-static air guns to address static charges, hot
runner controllers, compressed air for ejection and cleaning,
etc.
Apart from the resources, the company has appointed
skilled and qualified engineers, technicians and quality controllers
amongst the others to run these facilities smoothly thereby
facilitating accomplishment of tasks within specified time periods.
